City Small Business Mini Grant

The City of Greeley's Community Development Department's grant program to help small and first-time businesses navigate Greeley’s development standards and processes. Through the Small Business Land Use Center, eligible businesses can receive funding to hire technical assistance, such as preparing required plans or reports, for their development review process.

Grant amounts vary by location. This program is separate from other DDA or EDUR incentives and is designed to offer hands-on guidance, dedicated meetings, and a high level of customer service so small businesses can successfully bring well-designed business projects to the city.
