Greeley Downtown is growing!

The DDA has continued to generate growth in downtown, even in tough economic times. Our historic Lincoln Park will be renovated this spring, and the Awning/Facade Grant Program has offered several businesses and property owners the opportunity to renovate the front of their buildings.

Greeley Downtown has seen other benefits of DDA funding, an example being the permanent lighting of trees in the core downtown. This project has increased the warmth and vibrancy of the area. The DDA is also planning streetscape improvements to the southern end of the district, in the area of 16th and 17th Streets.
