Have you heard?! The Greeley City Council passed a new ordinance to allow for the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages within the core downtown area starting July 1st until September 11. In an effort to provide additional space for the public to enjoy downtown dining and drinking in the safest manner possible, both the 8th and 9th Street Plazas will remain closed for the duration of this ordinance.

Now, more than ever, we need to support our local downtown business community! The DDA team is regularly updating this page to reflect business updates and make it as easy as possible to find ways to still shop, dine, and spend locally. The following updates are current as of July 7th, 2020 at 4:30pm.

Take Out/Curbside/Delivery/Services

  • Academy of Natural Therapy - The Academy of Natural Therapy has re-opened with sanitary and precautionary measures in place to assure the safety and health of their clients and staff. Please wear a mask to all appointments as your therapist will be doing the same. The hot salt pool will not be available for use until further notice.   • Accessories With A Flair!...and Hair - Open from 10am-6pm Monday-Friday and 10am-3pm on Saturday and will be following all of the State guidelines for social distancing. Curbside service still available for your convenience. Just call ahead with your order, pay with you credit card and Linda will meet you at the curb. Hair appointments will be scheduled far apart and everything will be re-sanitized between appointments. Arbonne beauty products available in store or you can order them on their website and have them shipped to your door.
  • Aunt Helen's Coffee House - They are sanitized, spaced out, safety trained and ready to serve you! Dine in seating now available. Open Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm and Saturday from 8am-4pm. Carry out & delivery through NoCo Nosh and GrubHub still available.
  • Jerri J's Cackes, formerly Batter Up Cakes Downtown - Open 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday. DIY Cupcake Kits to keep the kiddos entertained still available while supplies last. You can also get your family fun pack which includes a 4 Pack of their Classic Cupcakes from Right Coast Pizza Wednesday-Friday from Noon-7pm.
  • Blush Boutique Co - Open for regular shopping and back to their normal hours of Monday-Saturday from 10am-7pm with the necesessary precautions.
  • Brix Brew & Tap - Open Tuesday-Thursday 3-9pm, Friday-Saturday from 1-9pm and Sunday from 1-8pm for dine-in tap service and they will be offering food once again! Checkout their Facebook page or Google listing to book your table reservation now! You can also show up with no reservation in hopes that a table will be open and we can seat you at that time. Right now they have limited tables inside and their beautiful plaza patio space is also available. If patio barrel seating is available you MUST have your taproom server seat you to ensure the area is clean. They also ask that you please bring a mask under consideration of others. You do not have to wear your mask at your table while eating or drinking BUT it is encouraged when getting up to order or going to the restroom. To-go beer sales will continue so you can get your growlers and bottles filled and you can still get get gift cards! Also, get your family fun pack which includes Brix Beer from Right Coast Pizza Wednesday-Friday from Noon-7pm.
  • Brooklyn Finds Design Co. LLC - Open on Friday from 10am-6pm and Saturday from 10am-4pm. Stop by and check out their vintage goods and home decor.
  • Canton Garden Restaurant - Open for take out and delivery only. Monday-Thursday 11am-2pm & 4:30-8pm and Friday-Saturday 11am-2pm & 4:30-9pm.
  • Carl’s Junior - Open for dine in and drive through.

  • Doug’s Diner - Doug's Diner Greeley is open from 7am-3pm for dine-in service, and they are working to create as safe an environment as possible for their customers and staff. Takeout orders are still available by calling 970-515-5380.
  • Free Leaf - Open Friday from 10am-2pm! Still offering curbside pickup and local delivery.
  • Green Earth Brewing Company - Open Friday from 4-10pm, Saturday from Noon-10pm and Sunday from Noon-5pm and Nana's Famous Grill will be back too with a huge variety of GREAT food. Get some really tasty food and some cold pints.
  • Greeley Chophouse - Have discontinued lunch service through the summer. Open for dinner Monday-Saturday from 5-9pm.
  • Hearne's Footwear and Clothing - Open Wednesday-Saturday 11am-4pm.
  • Jenny's Malt Shop and Diner - They are back serving all your favorites for carryout only Monday-Friday 11am-5pm. Call your order in 970-352-7036 stop in and pick up. Their to go window is open off our patio for your convenience.
  • John Galt Coffee Co. - They've cleaned, they've trained, and they are ready for curbside and carry out. New hours will be Monday-Saturday 8am-3pm. Grab your cutest mask, drop by John Galt, order at the Red Garage Door, and pay via Touchless Credit Card or Cash. Keep watching for updates on outside distance seating coming soon.
  • High Brau Taphouse - Open from Noon-10pm daily. Their beer garden is decked out and they are excited to serve you the best beer in Colorado again!
  • Lincoln Park Emporium - Opening gradually. Hours are 9:30am-4:30pmish Tuesday-Saturday . Appointments available during other hours. Curbside pickup available for window and kitchen items, local (25 miles) delivery for on-line purchases with advance arrangements, and special order options for specific brands. Masks, keeping healthy distance, easy acesses hand sanitizer, door/stair railings wiped and check out area cleaned after each use.
  • Lincoln Park Library - Offering curbside item pickup. Check out their Facebook page and/or website for all the details on how it works. Library facilities will remain closed until early June but this target date is suject to change in the next few weeks and will be based on the recommendations of our state and local officials. Summer Reading Adventure is undeerway and they are bringing you a #SummerReadingAdventure packed with challenges, prizes, and all the reading goodness you've come to expect from your Library.   • Luna’s Tacos & Tequila - Open for dine-in with temporary hours of operation: Monday-Sunday from 11am-9pm with Sunday Brunch from 11am-3pm. Make reservations on-line. Orders for delivery can be made at NoCoNosh. Pick up / To Go orders can be made by phone at 970-673-8509 and they will bring the order to you curbside.
  • Margie’s Java Joint - MJJ is back with dine-in seating! While they were closed, they added some extra seating and closed-off every other table to facilitate some socially-distanced dine-in options. They ask that you please WEAR A MASK (their employees will be!) when you come in, and leave it on until you’re seated. They will be providing extra cleanings to every surface as well. Stop in and say hey, they'll be there from 7am to 4pm daily!
  • Mariposa Plants & Flowers - Storefront is open for shopping! They are asking customers to please keep themselves, their staff, and those they deliver to safe and wear a mask while you are in the store. Also check out their extended hours!
  • Meeker's: A Colorado Kitchen & Bar - Open for dine-in service! Stop in and have lunch on the patio, dinner in the dining room, or for a quick drink after work. Reservations are recommended and can be made online.
  • Mom's Popcorn - Open Tuesday-Friday 10am-5:30pm and Saturday 10am-3pm with a few rules that need to be followed. There will be info posted in front windows. Prices and menu will be posted as well, so you can pull up, call and they will bring it out to you. You can also order on their website and choose pickup in store.
  • Moxi Theater - Bringing back concerts at a limited capacity. Check out their website or Facebook page for a schedule of events and ticket information.
  • MrBravo Pizza & Phillys - Open for dube-in, pick up, and delivery services. Tuesday-Thursday 11am-9pm, Friday 10am-10pm, Saturday 11am-10pm, and Sunday Noon-8pm.
  • Patrick's Irish Pub - Stop by and dine-in or order on-line for pickup. Open Tuesday-Sunday from 11am-11pm. To go orders must include 1 food item.
  • Phil's Pro Auto Service - Offering 10% off services for everyone (excluding oil changes and drivetrain replacement). If you are a first responder / healthcare worker that goes up to 15% (just show your ID). Free pickup and drop off in the Greeley area. 970-353-2739.
  • Red Sea Restaurant - Open during normal business hours for takeout only.
  • Right Coast Pizza - Open for dine-in or carryout Wednesday-Saturday Noon-7pm. They are offering a Family Fun Pack which allows you to get all your favorites available at one location Wednesday-Friday from Noon-7pm. The pack includes pizza, Brix beer and a 4 pack of Jerri J's (formerly Batter Up Cakes) classic cupcakes. Call Right Coast at 90-352-9129 to place your order.
  • Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant - All 5 Rios are now open daily from 11a-10p (Sun - Thu) and 11a-11p (Fri & Sat). Reservations are strongly recommended for peak dining times. Food and margs will continue to be available during business hours for takeout.
  • Roma Restaurant - Open for dine-in service Monday-Friday from 11am-1pm (or 2pm) and 5-9pm (or 10pm) and Saturday-Sunday from 11am-9pm (or 10pm). Business hours are subject to change on slower days.
  • Santeramo’s Pizza House and Italian Food - Open with limited seating inside and out! Open 11:00-8:00 pm. Curbside pickup for all to go orders and delivery through GrubHub, Doordash and NocoNosh are still available. For all curbside orders please call 970-353-4844.
  • Sassy Bagz - Open Wednesday-Friday 11am-5pm and Saturday 11am-3pm. Please don't visit if you are not feeling well, only 10 people will be allowed in the store at one time, please use social distancing while shopping, taking many percautions as possible to clean throughout the store, and it is recommended that all wear masks. If you order ahead, you can do curbside pickup or there will be a spot inside the door for package pickup.
  • Sherpa Grill - Open 11am-3pm for lunch and 5pm-9pm for dinner 7 days a week for contact-free curbside pickup and free delivery to those within a radius of 5 miles from the restaurant. Call 970-352-5344 to place your order or use their website. Not sure what you’d like? Find their menu online.
  • Steamway Floor to Ceiling - Open 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
  • Syntax Spirits Distillery - It's a lovely day on the decks! Join Syntax for deck seating and to-go cocktails Friday and Saturday nights from 5-9 pm through the rest of June! Drive in/deck comedy will be Saturday night June 27th).
  • Subway - NEW HOURS are 10am-7pm. 7 days a week for takeout. If you prefer, place your order remotely through their website.
  • The Country Inn - Open from 6am-2pm for dine in and takeout service.
  • The Dragon's Cache - Open for appointment or on-line only sales. Curbside pick-up is available as well. Face masks required and limit to one person to maintain social distancing. Custom orders can be discussed and arranged for by phone to limit in-person contact. They are also working to support the #masksnow movement to provide masks for all essential workers and are accepting donations for mask making material in the donation box found on the porch.
  • The Kress Cinema & Lounge - Kress Cocktail Curbside & Delivery! Order throughout the week for curbise pick-up and delivery on FRIDAY'S ONLY.
  • The Mad Cow - The Mad Cow is open for dine-in seating with guidelines that they must follow. They will be open at 11am Monday-Saturday and will temporarily have limited hours while they get their staff back into the swing of things.   • The Nerd Store - Customers allowed in The Nerd Store without an appointment. They will be taking steps to reduce the number of people in the store and to ensure use of face masks. You may also still use curbside pickup. They are taking things one step at a time, and appreciate your patience as they slowly reopen. Please observe the safety measures they have put in place for their in-store shopping which can be found on their Facebook Page or on their website.
  • The Ranch Restaurant - Open for dine-in seating, carryout and delivery from 6am-2pm daily. Call 970-356-1411 or visit their website to view their menu.
  • Tower 56 Distilling - Temporarily closed.
  • The Bar.Ber.Shop - Open 9am-7pm and are taking extra precautions to make sure their clients stay safe.
  • Trinkets-n-Treaures - Open Tuesday thru Friday 4-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm.   • City of Greeley Museums - On-line resources available for parents and educators including Weld on the Web, blog posts on a wide range of topics, a "tour" of Greeley Public Art, a Historic Preservation "tour", and more. Check out their website to see all of the information they have compiled for you.
  • Colorado Model Railroad Museum - The Museum is collaborating with the Colorado State University Extension, Weld County 4-H program on STEAM programming for youth. 
  • Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce - Leads group Virtual Meetings every Thursday from 7:30-8:30am. Chamber Coffee with our Elected Officials Facebook Live events beginning April 14th and happening every other Tuesday at 9am.
  • Greeley City Council Regular City Council meetings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6pm - Until further notice, the public is encouraged to watch remotely on the City of Greeley YouTube Channel. Residents can submit their input, comments, and questions via any time up to and throughout the meeting. The clerk on duty will regularly check for public input and questions throughout the citizen input portion of the meeting, and during any scheduled public hearings, and read the comments into the record in real time. Residents are also welcome to submit citizen input or public comments and questions in writing by sending those to the City Clerk’s Office, 1000 10th Street, Greeley, CO, 80631. Mailed comments must be received no later than the day of the scheduled city council meeting. Those comments and questions will also be read into the record during the meeting.
  • Greeley City Council Worksessions on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month at 6pm - Until further notice, the public is encouraged to watch remotely on the City of Greeley YouTube Channel. Public input will not be taken during these meetings.
  • KFKA - Listen to NOCO NOW at 4pm Monday-Friday. Businesses can update listeners on how to still utilize their services, local entertainers can promote ways folks can still watch or listen to them, good samaritans can let us know what they are doing to help.   • Lincoln Park Library - The library is offering curbside item pickup but their facilities will remain closed until early June. On-line services like Libby/Overdrive, Hoopla, and Kanopy are all good to go and have been enhanced.

City of Greeley

  • City of Greeley - Greeley officials will resume modified public access to select city facilities starting Wednesday, June 3. Certain city facilities can begin offering some in-person services with safety measures in place to protect the health, safety, and future of the community while complying with state public health direction. City officials ask visitors to maintain physical distancing, cover their coughs and sneezes, and wear a face cover. Anyone with COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms — a fever, cough, or shortness of breath — should not enter city facilities. While some facilities can begin offering select in-person services, other city facilities cannot yet safely allow public access. Those facilities will remain closed to public access until further notice. More information can be found on their website.

    Drive-thru payments — In-person payments will resume 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at the staffed drive-thru on the south side of City Hall.
  2. City clerk services will be available by appointment, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, by calling 970-350-9740 or emailing cityclerks@greeleygov.com
  3. City Center North, 1100 10th Street
    By appointment only — Greeley’s community development department will offer in-person services, by appointment only, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. To make an appointment call 970-350-9780.
  4. City Center South, 1001 11th Avenue
    By appointment only — Greeley’s water and sewer department will offer in-person services, by appointment only, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. To make an appointment call 970-350-9801.
  5. Greeley Public Works Building, 1001 9th Avenue
    By appointment only — Greeley’s public works department will offer in-person services, by appointment only, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. To make an appointment call 970-350-9881.
  6. Municipal Court, 1001 11th Avenue
    Open regular hours — the City of Greeley Municipal Court will open for defendants, guardians, and trial witnesses only, no visitors, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If individuals scheduled to appear start feeling sick, they should reschedule by calling 970-350-9230.
  • City of Greeley Farmers' Market - Greeley’s Farmers’ Market will open with a different look and feel this summer. This includes safety measures needed to operate in alignment with other open grocery stores. These changes require all vendors to wear face masks and strongly encourage patrons to wear face coverings as well. Visitors should look for and follow signage indicating the main entrance and exit to create one-way traffic through the market. Officials may limit the number of visitors during peak hours to maintain 6-feet social distancing. To create a safe market experience, officials encourage visitors to follow the below COVID-19 shopping advice:
    - Wear a mask just like the vendors
    - Have an idea/list of what you need
    - Clean your hands
    - Keep your distance – 6 feet
    - Limit what you touch
    - Minimize use of cash
    - Don’t eat at the market
    Additionally, to support shopping with a purpose and minimize social gathering the market will not include entertainment or kids activities this year. Visit the website for additional information.
  • Greeley-Evans Transit - Starting June 8th, Greeley-Evans Transit will resume reduced fixed-route bus services, and fare collection, using the limited Saturday bus schedule from 7am-6pm Monday through Saturday. For a list of schedules go to www.greeleyevanstransit.com or call 970-350-9290. For the protection of GET drivers and passengers, all riders are asked to wear a mask, follow all state executive orders, and ensure they maintain social distancing. The Poudre Express regional commuter route will not operate during these reduced services. The GET Call-N-Ride service will operate from 6-7am and 6-9pm Monday through Saturday, and 7:30am– 1:30pm on Sundays. Riders may schedule Call-N-Ride and ADA Paratransit services up to two weeks in advance by calling 970-350-9290 8am–4pm. The GET Transit Center, 101 11th Avenue, will open for front desk ticket sales from 9am-3pm starting on June 8th.

Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce

  • Following a modified schedule for events and meetings. Keep an eye on their website, social media and personal e-mails. Staff is working remotely to provide visitors with information and investors with all they need.
