Downtown Greeley is Growing!
The DDA has continued to generate growth in downtown, even in tough economic times. Our historic Lincoln Park has recently been renovated, and our Awning/Facade Grant Program has offered several businesses and property owners the opportunity to renovate the front of their buildings.
Downtown Greeley has seen other benefits of DDA funding, an example being the permanent lighting of trees in the core downtown. This project has increased the warmth and vibrancy of the area. The DDA is also planning on bringing more art into the downtown and adding additional lights in the walk thru between the 8th & 9th Street Plazas.
Visit Downtown Greeley and be a part of this exciting growth in the city's core!
