I am a Senior at UNC and always enjoy finding new places like Cafe Panache around Greeley. The general consensus of those that are not from around here is that Greeley has nothing fun to do, and places like Cafe Panache help us combat this stigma! I am looking forward to bringing visiting friends and family to Cafe Panche. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere is enjoyable, and the staff are very friendly.

I'm hoping to make it to your cafe. Just curious if you have any special birthday deals or discounts. Thanks!

We love birthday celebrations and we almost always have some special little pastry from our friends at "Batter Up Bakery" to give for just such an occasion. Come visit .

Roger has a special crepe mix just for me— It's Gluten Free and Dairy Free and very good.

The GF mix doesn't hold together quite as well as the traditional mix, so make sure to grab a fork. ENJOY!

I enjoyed the crepes very much today for lunch, although I kept wishing that they would have been served with some kind of cream sauce, perhaps offered on the side. The fresh herb aroma and flavor on the inside is wonderful, but the crepe itself would have been complimented further, both in plating appearance and flavor, by a light sauce. But perhaps this would not be authentic french style?

I'm so glad you liked your lunch and had the creative imagination to come up with something to make it even better. Sauces are, indeed, a very important part of French style cooking and add much in flavor and texture to many dishes. What we serve in our cafe is a particular type of French fare found in bistros and from street vendors--crepes designed to be eaten out of hand. Thank you for writing.

For the better part of 25 years I traveled both the US and abroad as part of my job. The hardest part of that travel was finding good places to eat. It doesn’t take long to get tired of the cookie cutter chains with their bright neon signs. I always looked for places like Café Panache, small, individually owned eatery with good food, good atmosphere and friendly people. Class and elegance that doesn’t come from polished tables or fancy silverware. Greeley’s stock just went up with the opening of this café. I’ll be back.

Unfortunately, we recently acquired a neon sign. It is not, however, particularly bright. We sincerely hope you make another excursion to our humble cafe. Please come in and introduce yourself!

Very quaint little restaurant. Very simple menu but I could not have asked for anything more. There crepes were very scrumptious! My only complaint, it is too cheap.

Do you dinner as well?

Thank you for asking. We have just completed our second week in business. Right now, our hours are 7:00am to 2:00pm Mon-Thur and 7:00am to 10:00pm Fri. In a month or so, we may be expanding our hours--perhaps staying open later during the week or possibly some hours on weekends. Our crepes, soups, and salads are appropriate any time of day, and is the kind of simple, carefully prepared fare found in French bistros.

Delightful little lunch restaurant in downtown! The savory Chicken & Havarti crepe was wonderful and I got to enjoy it while listening to a quartet from UNC students who played everything from Bach to Beatles. Definitely going there again! C'est merveilleux!

Hey Drew. I'm doing a little story on this new restaurant for the Greeley Tribune and would love to speak with you as a customer. Please let me know via e-mail. Thanks!
