Downtown Greeley Lost Landmarks

Downtown Greeley looks considerably different than it did 100 years ago, and even 50 years ago. Historic buildings such as the Camfield Hotel, the Sterling Hotel and Theater, the Chief Theater, the Post Office and other magnificent buildings were demolished to make way for modern buildings.

However, Greeley has some treasures which still stand. The Greeley Tribune Building, the New Cache La Poudre Irrigation Company Building, the State Armory, the Galland/Edwards Chevrolet Building, Greeley High School and Grade School, the Greeley Mercantile/Farr Produce Company Building are only a few of downtown Greeley's significant historic buildings.
